7. How we process data

Personal data is processed both by automated means and, where necessary, manually. Operations include collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation, retrieval, use, disclosure, alignment, restriction, erasure, or destruction.

We collect data in two ways: (i) directly from you when you register, subscribe, or contact us; (ii) automatically through cookies and server logs when you use the Site.

Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers (for example, standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms).

11. Consent and its withdrawal

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us at privacy@yomimovie.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal. After withdrawal, we stop processing your data unless another legal basis applies.
